Benton County Safe Streets for All
Benton County is developing a Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) safety action plan and we want to hear from you!
In addition to the data analysis, this public input will help identify the priority locations for Benton County to implement future safety improvement projects. Please note that this safety action plan is limited to the paved County Road network and intersections with at least one paved county road approach.

Vehicle Comment example details: When I travel on County Road X, I have noticed excessive speeding between Y & Z Roads.
Bicycle Comment example details: I frequently bike along County Road X and feel uncomfortable with the narrow shoulder between Y & Z Roads.
Pedestrian Comment example details: While crossing at X & Y Roads, a right-turning vehicle nearly hit me, and I no longer feel safe using that intersection.
Mobility Device Comment example details: I’ve seen wheelchair users struggle to access X location due to limited sidewalk access nearby.
Crash example details: I was in a four-vehicle rear-end crash last December when icy roads caused a driver to miss a red light.
Near Crash example details: I saw a near crash at X & Y Roads when a driver turning left on a flashing yellow arrow missed an oncoming car. Both stopped in time.
